Most of the time, you will receive your premium status immediately. However, some payments (like bank transfers) can take 3-5 business days.
Please be sure that you did not buy a gift code, instead of upgrading your account to premium. You can check this by going to your Minecraft profile. If you have purchased a gift code, you can redeem it on your own account by going to www.Minecraft.net/profile.
We previously had an issue on Minecraft.net where a failed payment transaction would still send a customer to the payment confirmation screen. We believe that this has been fixed. Please check your bank account to make sure that the funds were actually debited from your account. If they were not, please try your purchase again.
If after 3-5 days (usually only a few hours) you have only received a 32 character reference number, and not a transaction ID from Paypal or Moneybookers, it is unlikely that the transaction was successful. Please double check your bank account to verify if you were charged.
If it has been several days and you still do not have premium status, please send us your username and transaction ID for your purchase HERE. Please note that without a transaction ID, we are unable to view the purchase.
