It's important to note that if you have an original Minecraft account (you log in with your username), it is not possible to change the account's email address. If you cannot access your account, simply reset the password.

For additional account security, we suggest that if you do not have a Mojang account, you migrate your Minecraft account to a Mojang account. This way, you will use your email address instead of your public username. Any password that you choose should be unique to you, and not easily guessable.
