Please note that Scrolls is currently in a closed alpha. Players can obtain codes from a Scrolls forum giveaway, from being a Minecon 2011 attendee, or by purchasing the December issue of PC Gamer UK. We hope to have the Scrolls alpha publicly available Spring 2013.
If Scrolls is your first Mojang game, you'll need to first create a Mojang account. Once logged in, whether you are purchasing Scrolls or redeeming a Scrolls gift code, you will be prompted to create a username.
If you own Minecraft, do not have a Mojang account, and you'd like your games in the same place, or you'd like to use your Minecraft username for Scrolls, you'll need to migrate to a Mojang account. Once you're logged into a Mojang account that has your Minecraft profile, any purchase or code redemption for Scrolls will allow you to register for Scrolls with your Minecraft username. You may also register for a Scrolls username that is not the same as your Minecraft username.
At this time, Scrolls usernames cannot be changed, so choose wisely!
