Minecon attendees receive an exclusive in-game cape for the PC version of Minecraft.
In 2011, capes were automatically attached to ticket-holders' registered usernames. If you attended and did not get this cape, please contact customer support and provide your registered name, email address, physical address and username.
In 2012, a message was sent to the registered email address containing a link that would allow for the addition of a cape to the user's profile. If an email was not registered, the message was sent to the email linked to the purchase of the tickets. If you attended and did not get this cape, please contact customer support with your ticket's order number.
If you have received more than one type of cape, you can switch which cape you are wearing at www.minecraft.net/profile
Capes cannot be transferred between accounts.
