When will I hear back?

We're currently replying to cases received on Oct 19. 

We had some issues with our support email address (help@mojang.com) between September 1 and September 9. If you replied to us between those days and you've been waiting more than 4 days for a response, please try resending it and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
