When will I hear back?

During the holidays we receive a higher number of support requests than usual. This means that waiting times are increased, so we ask you to be patient. Our support agents are working hard at building snow golems... err, I mean, answering support tickets, and we'll get to yours as fast as we can.

We're currently replying to cases received on January 9.
