If you experience an issue while redeeming your card:
If you receive the error "This PIN code is invalid", please contact customer support with a picture of your card's PIN and the receipt from the card's purchase, and we will investigate further.
If you purchased from Walmart's Site to Store program, your card may not have been activated, as this process usually happens when checking out. If you cannot redeem a card purchased through this program, please take your online receipt and gift card to the Walmart where you picked up your purchase.
If you have entered a prepaid PIN at http://account.mojang.com/redeem exactly as it appears on the card and it does not work, or if you have received an error stating that we are currently unable to redeem prepaid cards, or that an error has occurred, please try again in an hour or two to rule out a temporary server outage. If you continue to be unable to redeem your card, please return it to the store that you purchased it from and ask their customer service to activate the card.
